CT delegation applauds federal funding to protect Long Island Sound

U.S. Senators Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) and Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), and U.S. Reps. John Larson (CT-1), Joe Courtney (CT-2), Rosa DeLauro (CT-3), Jim Himes (CT-4), and Elizabeth Esty (CT-5) applauded the nearly $1.3 million in federal Long Island Sound Futures Fund grants to protect Long Island Sound.

CT Audubon Society offers master naturalist training program

Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Fairfield, 2325 Burr Street offers a Master Naturalist Training Program on Tuesdays, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sept. 5-Nov. 7, and Saturday, Sept. 30.
