The Watermark at 3030 Park has announced the recent addition of Ann Sertl as sales director of the continuing care community.
Sertl has spent more than 12 years working for retirement communities in the area. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, and holds a degree in floriculture from the Ratcliffe Hicks School of Agriculture.
“Ann has proven herself as a dedicated, compassionate leader, who can deliver results through excellent community outreach and communication,” said Chris Romick, executive director at The Watermark. “She understands our commitment to meeting the needs of our community as well as the needs of potential new residents, and we are thrilled to have her join our team.”
At The Watermark, Sertl will be responsible for leading the sales for all areas of the community including independent living, assisted living and memory care residences, including the new Enhanced Living neighborhood of The Watermark.
“After spending time at The Watermark, I knew it was an extraordinary opportunity for me,” Sertl said. “I love the vision of creating a place where people thrive and I look forward to being part of the team.”
A native of Connecticut and mother to four grown children, Sertl grew up in Norwalk and currently lives in Redding.
