Workshop series — Live Well, a free six-week workshop series will be offered at The Child and Family Guidance Center on Fridays, Feb. 8, 15 and 22, and March 1, 8 and 15, from 2:15-4:45 p.m. Workshops are interactive with new topics covered each week.
