On Thursday, Feb. 25, dine at Taberna Restaurant in Fairfield or Bridgeport, and chef/owner Daniel Lopez will donate a percentage, from every diner’s check — from lunch and dinner that day — to the Connecticut Food Bank.
This is part of Chef Daniel’s dedication to giving back to the community, where he lives and works, through his dining donation program during the last Thursday of each month.
Chef Daniel creates Spanish tapas dishes, inventive antipasti and salads, house-made pasta dishes, and entrees — including two versions of paella — and an array of desserts.
Dining promotions, which are available at both locations for lunch and dinner, include:
- Order five tapas, or more, and you can choose from a free pitcher of sangria or a free bottle of house wine.
- Choose one tapas dish and one salad, during lunch, for $15, per person.
- Whenever your check is $100, or more, you will receive a gift certificate for $25 (which may be used on your next visit, whenever your check is $100 or more).
- Thursday is Ladies’ Night! Enjoy half-price beer and sangria from 4-10:30 p.m.
